1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraRise, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AuraRise.

2. About AuraRise

AuraRise provides personalized guided meditations for reflection, relaxation, calm, confidence, self-worth, abundance, sleep, career, and personal growth. AuraRise is available as an iPhone app and as a limited experience inside ChatGPT.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AuraRise. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

4. Not Medical, Mental Health, Financial, or Professional Advice

AuraRise is not medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, financial advice, legal advice, or other professional advice. Meditation content is provided for reflection, relaxation, and personal growth only. Do not use AuraRise as a substitute for qualified care or advice, and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance when needed.

5. Subscriptions and Trials

Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. The plan selected during enrollment renews automatically through Apple unless canceled before the trial or current billing period ends. Trial availability, prices, taxes, and billing terms may vary by App Store region.

Current plan options include Abundance Monthly at $9.99 per month, Abundance Yearly at $99.99 per year, Abundance Plus Monthly at $14.99 per month, and Abundance Plus Yearly at $149.99 per year. Apple displays and controls the price you are actually charged. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

6. Credits

Creating a new mobile meditation generally uses one credit per meditation minute. Abundance includes 12 credits per monthly credit period and supports meditations up to five minutes. Abundance Plus includes 25 credits per monthly credit period and supports meditations up to ten minutes. Replays, loops, and background changes do not use creation credits. The app’s current offer and displayed balance control if they differ from general website descriptions.

7. Mobile Library Access

Custom mobile meditations are available in the AuraRise mobile Library while your trial or subscription remains active. If access ends, the Library may be locked until you resubscribe. Generated meditations are licensed for personal use within the available AuraRise experience; they are not guaranteed to be permanently downloadable, permanently retained, or available forever.

8. AuraRise in ChatGPT

The complimentary ChatGPT experience currently permits up to three lifetime three-minute meditations, limited to one completed meditation per UTC day. Operational attempt, concurrency, and overall service limits may also apply. These promotional limits and features may be changed, paused, or discontinued.

A meditation created through ChatGPT can be replayed through the AuraRise ChatGPT experience without creating new audio. ChatGPT meditations are separate from the mobile AuraRise Library and do not become mobile Library items. Playback uses temporary signed links, which may expire. Access to the underlying audio, replay feature, or ChatGPT integration is not guaranteed indefinitely.

9. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the text, goals, intentions, and other information you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights. Avoid including passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive or confidential information that is not necessary for your meditation.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse AuraRise, interfere with its operation, bypass usage or access limits, probe or attack its systems, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited by law, or use AuraRise in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Intellectual Property and Limited License

AuraRise and its licensors retain all rights in the AuraRise name, software, design, website, player, branding, graphics, and related materials. Subject to these Terms, AuraRise grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use available meditation content for your own noncommercial use. You may not sell, publicly distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit AuraRise content without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

AuraRise relies on third-party platforms and providers, including Apple, ChatGPT, audio-generation, hosting, storage, analytics, and subscription-management services. Their availability and terms may affect AuraRise. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make AuraRise responsible for those services.

13. Availability, Suspension, and Changes

AuraRise may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature; enforce reasonable usage and safety limits; remove unlawful or harmful content; or restrict access when necessary to protect users, AuraRise, or third parties. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraRise is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free operation, a specific meditation outcome, or that generated content will meet every expectation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraRise and its owners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of AuraRise. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
