1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use AuraRise, we may collect or process:

• Meditation information: selected intentions, focus text, voice, pace, length, background sound, volume choices, generated titles, and generated audio.
• App and device information: anonymous app or installation identifiers, device type, operating-system information, subscription entitlement and renewal status, credit balances, app settings, and feature usage.
• ChatGPT interaction information: the goal or situation submitted for a meditation, generation and replay status, timestamps, duration, playback progress or completion, and interactions with store or download buttons.
• Support and deletion-request information: your email address and the information you choose to include when contacting support or asking us to delete data.
• Creator Partner information: application details, name, email address, social-media profiles, audience information, referral code, attributed subscription activity, commission tier, payout history, and tax or payment information needed to administer the program.
• Website information: pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser information, approximate location, traffic source, and similar analytics information collected through cookies or related technologies.

ChatGPT may provide AuraRise with an opaque subject identifier so we can enforce complimentary-use limits and retrieve the correct ChatGPT meditation. AuraRise uses that value transiently and stores a cryptographically hashed version rather than the raw identifier.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and deliver personalized meditations, generate narration, play and replay audio, maintain app libraries and settings, administer subscriptions and credits, operate the Creator Partner Program, attribute referrals, calculate and pay commissions, enforce usage limits, prevent misuse, provide support, understand product performance, improve AuraRise, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Personalized Meditation Processing

The text and preferences you provide are processed to create a personalized meditation script and narrated audio. Avoid submitting medical records, financial account details, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive or confidential information that is not necessary for your meditation.

Meditations created inside ChatGPT are separate from the mobile AuraRise Library. ChatGPT audio is stored privately and delivered through temporary signed playback links. A signed link may expire even while the underlying audio or generation record remains available for operational, replay, safety, or usage-limit purposes.

4. ChatGPT Engagement Information

The AuraRise ChatGPT player may record limited engagement events, such as playback starting, playback progress, completion, and selection of the App Store button. These events help us understand reliability and engagement. They are associated with a hashed subject identifier and, when applicable, the relevant ChatGPT meditation record. Signed audio URLs, raw ChatGPT subject identifiers, API keys, and service tokens are not included in model-visible responses.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Mobile purchases and subscription management are handled by the store through which you subscribe, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat helps AuraRise interpret subscription entitlements and renewal status. AuraRise does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

6. Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate AuraRise and disclose information to them only as reasonably necessary for the services they provide. Their processing is governed by applicable agreements and their own terms and privacy policies. Providers may include:

• OpenAI for the ChatGPT app experience and meditation-script generation.
• ElevenLabs for text-to-speech narration.
• Supabase for application data, anonymous identifiers, and private audio storage.
• Replit for hosting AuraRise server and ChatGPT integration components.
• Apple App Store for app distribution, purchases, and subscription management.
• Google Play for Android app distribution, purchases, and subscription management.
• RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management.
• Hostinger for website and email hosting.
• Google Analytics for website traffic and event measurement.
• Microsoft Clarity for website interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session replay.
• Formspree for prior early-access form submissions, where applicable.

7. Website Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies to collect website usage information. Clarity may record behavioral metrics such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, approximate location, and navigation patterns. We use this information to improve the website, identify technical issues, measure campaigns, and maintain security. Microsoft’s processing is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain active mobile Library data, generated meditation audio, preferences, settings, credit balances, and related operational records while needed to provide AuraRise. After we verify a deletion request, we delete or de-identify the mobile data that we can associate with the request within 30 days.

Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten. We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, support, and deletion-request records when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or document that a request was completed. Store purchase records controlled by Apple or Google are governed by those companies’ retention practices. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained.

ChatGPT generation records and audio may be retained to provide replay, enforce complimentary-use limits, prevent misuse, and operate the service. You may request deletion of ChatGPT data that we can associate with you. Temporary signed audio links expire independently from stored audio and generation records.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS, access controls, private storage for generated audio, and restricted service credentials. No website, mobile app, storage system, or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your Choices and Requests

AuraRise does not require a traditional username-and-password account, but the mobile app may maintain an anonymous identifier and associated meditation data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we can associate with you, subject to reasonable verification and legal limitations.

To request deletion, use Settings → Delete Account in the mobile app or visit our Delete AuraRise Data page. Deleting AuraRise data does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be canceled separately through the store where they were purchased. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to appeal a decision regarding your request.

11. Children’s Privacy

AuraRise is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to AuraRise, contact us so we can review and address the request.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AuraRise, applicable law, or our service providers change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
