Common questions

Creating a mobile meditation

Open AuraRise and start with what you need right now. Choose a focus or describe the situation in your own words, then choose your voice, pace, length, and background before creating the meditation.

Credits and renewals

Creating a new meditation generally uses one credit per meditation minute. Abundance includes 12 credits per monthly credit period; Abundance Plus includes 25. Replays do not use credits.

Managing or canceling a subscription

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Use AuraRise’s “Change or Manage Plan” option or visit Apple Subscriptions.

Restoring a purchase

In AuraRise Settings, select “Restore Purchase.” Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the subscription, then reopen the app if the plan does not refresh immediately.

Replaying mobile meditations

Open the AuraRise mobile Library, select a saved meditation, and press Play. Mobile Library access is available while the applicable trial or subscription is active.

Replaying a ChatGPT meditation

In a new ChatGPT conversation, add AuraRise: Meditations and ask it to replay your existing AuraRise meditation without creating new audio. ChatGPT replay is separate from the mobile Library.

Why isn’t my ChatGPT meditation in the app?

Meditations created through ChatGPT are stored and replayed through the AuraRise ChatGPT experience. They do not automatically appear in the AuraRise mobile Library.

Audio playback troubleshooting

  • Confirm the device volume is turned up.
  • Check whether audio is routed to Bluetooth headphones or another speaker.
  • Confirm a stable internet connection before starting playback.
  • Close and reopen the app or start a new ChatGPT conversation if the player does not load.

Requesting account deletion

Use the account-deletion request option in AuraRise Settings. Canceling an Apple subscription and requesting deletion are separate actions. You may also contact Support@AuraRiseApp.com.
